Firm strengthens Corporate and Dispute Resolution offering

Baker & McKenzie Habib Al Mulla has appointed Omar Momany as a partner, further strengthening its Corporate and Dispute Resolution offering in the region.

Momany has been based in the UAE for over a decade and has extensive experience in corporate transactions, public and private mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, regulatory and policy matters, commercial matters and corporate/shareholder disputes across the Middle East region. He has regularly represented leading local and regional corporates, financial institutions, listed companies, governments and regulatory bodies, multinationals and family businesses.

Momany is admitted to the Bar Association of Jordan and has worked as the head of the UAE Practice Group at Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer. He joins Baker & McKenzie Habib Al Mulla from K&L Gates, where he was a partner in their Corporate practice.
