Attallah, who joins from Al Suwaidi & Co., is a British qualified Maritime and International Trade lawyer with broad experience spanning maritime, international trade, UAE litigation and arbitration. His practice is ranked highly in Legal 500 and Chambers and Partners Global.

He has over 20 years of extensive, market-leading experience handling complex and sensitive litigation and arbitration matters under the rules of various arbitration institutions related to commercial matters, ship finance, ship building, multimodal carriage of goods, international sales of goods, marine insurance, ship arrest and enforcement of foreign judgements and arbitration awards under UAE law, and international and domestic arbitration.
