Galadari appoints senior associate to Dubai office

 Galadari Advocates & Legal Consultants has announced the appointment of senior associate Davide Paoli to the firm. Paoli specialises in cross-border corporate transactions and international IP law. Over the years, he has gained a strong reputation with investors in the Middle East and North Africa, particularly those hailing from Italy and central Europe, handling their transactions and matters across a wide range of sectors in the region. His clients include companies investing or operating in the insurance, aviation and space, energy, advertising, automotive, shipping, fashion, luxury retail and trading industries.

Paoli brings more than ten years of experience advising on cross-border matters in Europe,

Lebanon and the UAE. Prior to joining Galadari, he was a founding member of the Dubai office of Eptalex, a boutique firm with offices in Italy, Lebanon, UAE and Saudi Arabia. Paoli qualified in Italy having conducted his legal studies there, then pursued an MBA in Lebanon with coursework in the USA. He speaks Italian, English, German and French, with basic knowledge of Arabic. In addition to practicing, Paoli also regularly lectures on select subjects of Law and serves on the board of a major Italian university.
