Effective of March 1, 2024, Galadari Advocates & Legal Consultants boost its corporate practice and expertise with the addition of a new partner, Charbel Fadel, formerly Ince & Co. Fadel’s practice covers corporate, finance, and commercial law matters; he has extensive expertise in advising on such matters under UAE laws in the real estate, energy, international trade, and finance sectors. He represents a diverse range of clients, including banks, financial institutions, contractors, foreign and domestic companies, and family businesses.

Fadel regularly acts on behalf of buyers and sellers in the Middle East on various corporate and commercial transactions. This includes assisting with the restructuring and sale of companies, as well as advising on joint ventures, agency and franchise agreements, security, and facility agreements.
