Greenberg Traurig represents sellers on sale of CBBG Group to Vertex
Greenberg Traurig acted as counsel to the sellers in relation to the sale of CBBG Group (CBBG), to The Vertex Companies, LLC (Vertex), a portfolio company of Wind Point Partners (Wind Point).
