Herbert Smith has advised Wolseley Private Equity

Herbert Smith Freehills has advised Wolseley Private Equity on its acquisition of Blue Star Group’s Australian operations. The transaction, which was recently completed, involved the acquisition by Wolseley Private Equity, together with CaxtonWeb CEOs Geoff Selig and Paul Selig, of the Australian operations of the Blue Star Group, to form the Caxton Print Group.
