Khan joins Hourani & Partners having previously led the Middle East finance and global Islamic finance practices at several international law firms in his over two-decade career in the Middle East. His extensive experience covers general banking, Islamic finance, development financing, restructuring, asset finance, and financial regulatory compliance, making him a trusted advisor to major regional and international financial institutions, governmental entities, multinationals, family offices, and corporate clients. Khan has advised on some of the most significant financial transactions in the region, including pioneering Islamic financing structures and cross-border deals spanning Europe, the Far East, the U.S., and Australia.

Khan’s deep expertise and track record of structuring complex financial products will enable Hourani & Partners to further enhance its banking and finance offering, bringing valuable insights and innovative solutions to clients.
