  • Nabarro and Goodwin Procter were key advisers on the £204.3m purchase of assets including Telegraph Media Group’s London headquarters by Kennedy Wilson Europe Real Estate from Kish Holdings. The transaction completed on November 11, 2014 and was handled on the vendor’s behalf by Green Property Ventures, which manages the 227,000 sq ft property at 111 Buckingham Palace Road. Nabarro acted for the vendor and was instructed by Green Property Ventures on the sale. Arthur Cox is a longstanding advisor to Green Property Ventures.

  • Davis Polk & Wardwell and Latham & Watkins are advising on the IPO of Sir Richard Branson’s Virgin America. The offering is expected to raise up to USD368m when it floats, which values the San Francisco-based budget airline at USD1bn. According to a filing with the US Securities and Exchange Commission, Latham & Watkins is advising Virgin America on the transaction. Davis Polk is advising the underwriters, Deutsche Bank Securities and Barclays.
