Jeremy Cohen announced as UKMEA CEO
Jeremy Cohen has been appointed UKMEA CEO of Dentons effective March 16, 2015, succeeding Matthew Jones whose fixed, four-year term concludes on March 15, 2015.
A partner in the firm since 2000, Cohen leads UKMEA's Corporate and TMT division. He has served on the UKMEA Regional Board since 2011, and on the Regional Management Committee since its formation in 2014. Cohen was previously co-head of the firm's London Corporate department 2007-2011. Cohen's practice incorporates a wide range of public and private M&A and ECM work. His experience includes public takeovers, IPOs, equity fundraisings, mergers and demergers, as well as acquisitions, disposals, equity investments and joint ventures. He has worked extensively in the TMT and energy sectors, and has led deals in every continent in the world.
