Kabbani heads Eversheds Doha

Eversheds announced the appointment of Dani Kabbani as managing partner of the firm's office in Qatar. Kabbani is a corporate M&Apartner and energy sector specialist who has been living and practicing law in Qatar for 17 years. He previously practiced with an international law firm in Doha and has worked in-house for Qatar Petroleum and Doha Bank.  Kabbani has extensive experience of working with government bodies including sovereign wealth funds and financial institutions on a wide range of commercial and corporate matters including joint ventures; mergers; acquisitions and IPOs. He advisesoil and gas and construction companies on project and finance related agreements and assistsjoint venture companies in their negotiations with both the public and private sector.
