Kennedys bolsters transport and aviation offering in the MEA
Kennedys’ transport and aviation offering in the Middle East and Africa, has been bolstered with the transfer of Reem Bangina, a legal director from Kennedys in London to Kennedys’ Dubai office. Bangina has over 11 years’ experience working as part of Kennedys’ Global Aviation Team which spans the UK, Europe, Middle East, Asia, Australia and the US.
Bangina is an English qualified lawyer who specialises in handling contentious aviation/aerospace, transport and logistics matters across multiple jurisdictions. She advises airlines, general aviation operators, airports, ground handling agents and their (re)insurers in all aspects of aviation liability and insurance across multiple jurisdictions. She also has extensive experience in litigation and various international legal systems, with a particular focus on the Middle East and African regions.
Bangina offers significant expertise in the general transportation, logistics and supply chain sectors, and provides legal assistance to all aspects of her clients’ activities in these areas. She also advises her clients on non-contentious issues including contractual liability, risk management and regulatory matters, and she also conducts regular training seminars. Bangina studied Aeronautical Engineering at Imperial College London, before completing a law conversion course at the College of Law, London.
