Key promotions at Baker Botts, new counsel in KSA

Rakan Alyusuf has been promoted to counsel – corporate at Riyadh in Saudi Arabia. Alyusuf is a skilled corporate and capital markets attorney. Alyusuf has experience in advising on IPOs, public M&A, equity and debt issues, and joint ventures. He also has expertise in representing clients before the General Authority for Competition in merger control filings and compliance investigations.
