Kingspan Group advised by Clyde & Co

Clyde & Co has advised Kingspan Group on the acquisition of PAL Middle East.

Kingspan Group, a global leader in high performance building materials and a publicly listed company, adds to its existing operations in the Middle East.

Clyde & Co advised on all aspects of this transaction. The transaction involved the acquisition of multiple entities in Dubai and the Indian subcontinent, in which the cross-border offering with the firm’s associated Indian firm Classis Law was utilised.

The team was led by Niall O'Toole (regional head of Corporate, Abu Dhabi), supported by Stephen McKenna (senior associate, Abu Dhabi) and Varsha Gupta (associate, Dubai) alongside members of Clyde & Co's Construction, IP, Employment and Real Estate teams.
