K&L Gates boosts Middle East practice

K&L Gates announced the appointments of Desiree Moore, William Reichert and Adela Solomon to the firm’s Middle East offices.


 

Desiree Moore has been promoted to commercial disputes partner in the Doha office. Moore is the first female partner in Doha. She is a member of the commercial disputes practice and advises on matters involving intellectual property, entertainment, product liability, labour and employment, art law, and class action defence.

William Reichert joined the Dubai office from Moscow. Reichert is a dual-qualified international corporate/M&A practitioner with nearly two decades of experience leading sophisticated commercial transactions in a variety of sectors (including, in particular, energy and natural resources, technology, and real estate) in both developed and developing markets.


Adela Solomon been promoted to counsel in the Dubai office. Solomon is a member of the corporate group and has extensive experience working on broad transactional and regulatory matters focusing on private equity, mergers and acquisitions, corporate restructuring, joint ventures, regulatory, funds, finance, capital markets, insurance, employment, commercial agreements, and general corporate matters.
