Liddington promoted to HoD
Hadef & Partners announced that employment specialist, Jamie Liddington, has been promoted to head of department in the Dubai office.
Liddington, a member of the Dispute Resolution Team, will spearhead the firm’s Employment Law practice advising on employment disputes as well as providing key support in relation to the firm’s corporate transactions.
Liddington is an specialist in employment litigation and has over seven years’ experience successfully representing clients in theHigh Court and Employment Tribunals throughout the UK as well as the Dubai Labour Courts and the DIFC Courts where he has rights of audience (being registered under both Part I and Part II of the Court’s list of Registered Legal Practitioners). Liddington regularly advises major multinational organisations regarding their day-to-day employment issues and has considerable experience advising on the full range of contentious and non-contentious matters. Alex McGeoch, who has headed the employment team for the past 10 years, is moving on to pursue other interests.
