Morgan Lewis advises on sale of Cambridge Medical and Rehabilitation Center
Morgan Lewis advised a group of investors led by TVM Capital Healthcare Partners Limited, an emerging markets-focused healthcare private equity investment firm, on the sale of their portfolio company Cambridge Medical and Rehabilitation Center (CMRC) to Amanat Holdings PJSC, a UAE-based publicly traded investment company that focuses on education and healthcare investments.
TVM invests in companies focused on specialized healthcare services, digital health solutions, pharmaceuticals, medical devices, and diagnostics. CMRC is a post-acute care and rehabilitation provider with facilities across the Middle East and North Africa (MENA) region. The CMRC sale represents one of the largest Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) healthcare deals recently.
