Morgan Lewis advises TVM Capital Healthcare on Investment into neurocare

Morgan Lewis is advising its long-term client TVM Capital Healthcare in its investment into Munich-based neurocare group AG (neurocare), an innovator in personalised mental healthcare.

TVM Capital Healthcare is an emerging markets-focused healthcare private equity firm headquartered in Dubai and Singapore. TVM’s investment will enable neurocare to execute on its international growth plans, including expansion in the United States and market entry into the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, as well as support the development of new hardware and software innovations.
