Morgan Lewis to open an office in Saudi Arabia

Morgan Lewis is preparing to open an office in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, continuing its expansion and client service in the region after establishing the Dubai office in 2013 and the Abu Dhabi office in 2019. The firm currently represents multiple institutional investors, state-owned entities, and global corporations in cross-border transactions, financing, and disputes involving Saudi Arabia. They look forward to opening in Riyadh soon, subject to regulatory approval, and to further opportunities to serve those clients and others in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The Saudi Arabia expansion will be led in Riyadh by Sara K. Aranjo and Sourabh Bhattacharya, and by Ayman Khaleq, who has represented Saudi Arabian clients for over 22 years, supported by multiple other partners and lawyers from our global network of over 30 offices.
