Nabarro broadens Dubai offering with corporate lateral hire

Nabarro has appointed Mohammed Majid as a corporate partner in its Dubai office. Majid, who becomes the firm’s fourth Dubai partner, specialises in corporate, mid-market M&A, private equity, venture capital and employment law.

His hire, from Simmons & Simmons Dubai, marks a broadening of Nabarro’s offering in the UAE in response to client demand at a local, regional and international level. The office has until now focused on Construction, Infrastructure, Real Estate and Dispute Resolution, but has also won wider corporate and commercial work.

Majid moved to Dubai in 2011 and has since established a strong market reputation for advising on corporate matters in Dubai, the rest of the UAE, Qatar and Saudi Arabia.
