National Day Initiative by Habib Al Mulla and Partners

In celebration of the UAE’s 54th National Day and the Year of Community, Habib Al Mulla and Partners announced the launch of a unique legal initiative to support the next generation of Emirati entrepreneurs.

This groundbreaking initiative offers comprehensive, pro bono legal support to help 54 Emiratis establish licensed businesses in the Emirate of Dubai.

What the initiative includes:

  • Drafting of company formation and incorporation documents.
  • Supporting company registration with relevant governmental authorities.
  • Providing financial support to help participating SMEs start confidently.
  • Organising legal workshops and offering expert consultations on business and legal matters.
  • Over 1,000 hours of legal support, completely free of charge.

“This initiative was born from a deep belief that Emiratis deserve more than just encouragement, they deserve access. At the earliest stages of entrepreneurship, legal and regulatory challenges can make or break an entrepreneur’s journey. Our goal is to remove those barriers and give 54 Emiratis the tools, clarity, and confidence to build businesses that reflect their ambition and values. While the initiative welcomes all sectors, we particularly encourage ventures that align with the UAE’s vision for innovation, sustainability, and community-driven growth,” said Alia Al Mulla, partner at Habib Al Mulla and Partners.

This initiative offers more than just legal advice, it’s a launchpad for success.
