New partner at Fareya Azfar & Araoui LLP
Private Capital & International Disputes law firm Fareya Azfar & Araoui LLP (FAA) announced that Jade Al Araoui will join the firm as a name partner and head of M&A and Private Capital which was effective from January 2, 2024. He was previously partner-in-charge of the Dubai and Abu Dhabi offices of top Lebanese law firm Alem & Partners.
With a proven track record and extensive experience in M&A and Private Capital, Jade Al Araoui is poised to further elevate and diversify the offerings of Fareya Azfar & Araoui LLP.
With over 20 years’ experience in the GCC. Jade has developed an in-depth knowledge of UAE laws and market practices and has been engaged in legal assignments across the MENA region. He specialises in corporate structuring, equity capital markets, securitisation, M&A, banking & finance and PPP projects. He has authored articles in regional legal magazines and presented seminars in Kuwait and the UAE on corporate and capital market issues. Jade is also a lecturer on UAE Insolvency Laws and ADGM Regulations at the Sorbonne University Abu Dhabi Law School.
