New partner at Global Advocacy and Legal Counsel

Global Advocacy and Legal Counsel has appointed Muhammad Bilal Ramzan as partner in the firm’s Muscat office.

Ramzan, a licensed advocate of the High Courts of Pakistan, brings over seven years of expertise in corporate advisory, governance, compliance, and mergers and acquisitions (M&A).

His exceptional skills in corporate law and arbitration have guided numerous clients through complex processes of incorporation, licensing, and dispute mitigation. Ramzan is an active member of several bar associations and regularly contributes to prestigious legal publications and industry events.
