New partner for Simmons & Simmons

Simmons & Simmons has expanded its dispute resolution and construction team in the Middle East with the appointment of partner DAVID RISBRIDGER in the UAE. Risbridger, who was previously head of dispute resolution and construction in the Middle East for Dentons, joined the firm on November 17, 2013. Risbridger has been in the region for over four years and has worked on a range of complex projects and disputes for governments, private companies and individuals. He trained as a quantity surveyor before joining the legal profession. He is a member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators and specialises in advising on construction and major projects and the complex disputes they give rise to.
