New tax partner for SJ Berwin’s Middle East office

SJ Berwin’s Middle East office has a new partner, FANNY COMBOURIEU, an experienced and senior tax lawyer who has recently relocated from the Paris office of SJ Berwin.

Combourieu will be working with Middle East clients on the international tax aspects of private equity transactions, acquisitions and disposals of companies, restructurings, real estate investments and real estate funds structuring.
