Partner promotions at King & Spalding

King & Spalding has promoted three lawyers – Abu Dhabi-based Simon Rahimzada and Moustafa Said, and James Stull in Dubai – to its partnership in the United Arab Emirates.

Rahimzada advises on cross-border acquisitions, equity capital markets, IPOs, joint ventures and corporate restructures. Real estate and hospitality specialist Said advises on hotel and branded residence development matters in the Middle East, Asia and Africa, while Stull specialises in cross border M&A, joint ventures, financings, restructurings and general corporate and securities matters.

“Simon, Moustafa and James are smart, dedicated lawyers with great insight and experience in their respective fields in the Middle East,” said Isam Salah, the firm’s head of Middle East practice group.

The three were part of King & Spalding’s global round of promotions in which 24 were named partner, and 16 named counsel.
