Partner promotions for firm

Norton Rose Fulbright announced a total of 46 global partner promotions since entering the US market in June 2013.

 In the Middle East, Vandana Rupani of Fulbright & Jaworkski LLP, a member of Norton Rose Fulbright Verein was promoted to the role of partner. Rupani joined the firm in 2006 and is based out of the Dubai office. She has been residing and working in the United Arab Emirates since more than a decade. Rupani has significant experience assisting multinational corporations and foreign entities in establishing a business presence in the UAE.  She has substantial knowledge of the local laws and regulations and her advice is sought regularly on general corporate and commercial matters throughout the Middle East, including corporate governance, licensing, employment, agencies and distributorships. Rupani also counsels clients regarding investment activities, business restructuring, joint ventures, and the acquisition and sale of shares and assets.
