Peter Scott appointed as EMEA managing partner

Norton Rose Fulbright has appointed Peter Scott as managing partner for Europe, Middle East and Asia (EMEA), effective April 1, 2020. Scott will succeed Martin Scott, who has held this leadership role since 2015.

A partner at the firm since 2007, Scott currently leads the EMEA litigation and disputes practice and serves as global head of antitrust and competition. He sits on the firm’s global executive committee and EMEA management committee.

Scott trained with Norton Rose Fulbright and spent the first six years of his career as a general commercial litigator, before joining the antitrust and competition team in 2005, being made a partner in the team two years later. He specialises in all areas of contentious antitrust and competition law and has advised on several leading and high-profile contentious competition cases.
