Qatar International Court and Dispute Resolution Centre announces new President

THE Qatar International Court and Dispute Resolution Centre (QICDRC) has announced The Rt Hon the Lord Phillips of Worth Matravers (pictured) will replace The Rt Hon the Lord Woolf of Barnes as President of the recently re-named court. 

 

Lord Phillips has a long and highly distinguished career. In 2005, he was appointed Lord Chief Justice of England and Wales and he currently serves as President of the Supreme Court of the UK. Lord Phillips will take the role of President of the QICDRC in September upon Lord Woolf’s retirement.
