Rebecca Davies joins Charles Russell Speechlys

Charles Russell Speechlys has announced that the firm’s Middle East team has expanded with the joining of legal director, Rebecca Davies. Davies will be based in the firm’s Dubai office and will lead the growth of the regionally-focused Banking & Finance practice. Davies has been in the Middle East region for nearly 10 years and has extensive experience advising on a broad range of finance transactions, covering both Islamic and conventional finance, including bilateral and syndicated debt arrangements, asset finance, energy (renewable and utilities) and debt restructurings. She is particularly known for her work on acquisition financings, real estate development loans, hotels and resorts financings and mixed-use projects.
