Rebecca Kelly joins Morgan Lewis

Morgan Lewis has enhanced its dispute resolution and regulatory services out of its Dubai office with the addition of partner Rebecca Kelly, an accomplished lawyer with nearly a decade of experience handling dispute resolution and regulatory matters in the United Arab Emirates (UAE), and across the Middle East region.

Formerly a partner at another global law firm, Kelly has been based in the UAE since 2005. She brings strategically important on-the-ground UAE law capabilities at a time of Dubai’s growing importance as a focal point for global clients expanding in the Middle East, Africa, and across other emerging markets. She has focused her practice on arbitration, litigation, corporate and regulatory compliance, occupational safety and health (OSH), and white collar crime. Kelly, who represents clients in a regional and international context, has successfully developed and effected strategy for clients involved in disputes, and defended civil and criminal proceedings brought by government authorities. She has been involved in developing UAE regulatory compliance manuals for corporate entities, and is actively involved in OSH law reform in the region.
