Rob Ashing joins Al Tamimi & Company as chief operating officer

Al Tamimi & Company has announced the appointment of Rob Ashing as its new chief operating officer (COO). With over 20 years of experience working with international law firms Ashing brings a wealth of expertise in driving strategic growth and operational excellence.

Ashing’s extensive background in strategy development and execution, operations and organisational performance will be instrumental in taking Al Tamimi & Company to the next level. His international experience, having lived and worked in Asia Pacific, the US, Europe, and Africa, further enhances his ability to drive cross-border initiatives and support the firm’s expansion strategy.

Prior to joining Al Tamimi & Company, Ashing held the role of head of operations at Howard Kennedy LLP. He also holds an MBA from a leading European business school, positioning him to bring a strategic, results-oriented approach to his new role.
