Robin Balmer joins Norton Rose Fulbright

Norton Rose Fulbright strengthened its Middle East finance practice with the arrival of new banking of counsel, ROBIN BALMER. Balmer joins from Clifford Chance in Dubai where he was a senior banking lawyer in the Islamic finance team. He has over nine years’ experience in the Middle East with a considerable focus on the Saudi market. His recent transactions in Saudi Arabia include the SAR1.9 billion Islamic financing of a petrochemical project in Jubail Industrial City for SAMAPCO and the SAR5.09 billion multi-tranche Islamic financing of three petrochemicals projects.
