SAUDI ARABIA – TLA advises on Zaatar w Zeit Saudi expansion

TRIBONIAN Law Advisors (TLA) represented Cravia Holding, the UAE-based parent company of Cinnabon, Seattle’s Best Coffee and Zaatar w Zeit franchises, in its joint venture with Saudi Arabia’s Rawawet al Oukhouwa company, to expand the Zaatar w Zeit franchise into Saudi Arabia.

The strategic partnership kicks off with the opening of the largest Zaatar w Zeit outlet in September in Riyadh.
