Seivewright joins Baker & Mckenzie Habib Al Mulla

Baker & McKenzie has enhanced its M&A offering in the UAE with the hire of Will Seivewright who joins the firm as a partner in Dubai. 

Seivewright joins Baker & McKenzie Habib Al Mulla from Latham & Watkins. He brings a wealth of experience in the UAE as well as expertise in leading global financial markets including New York, London and Hong Kong.  He has experience advising on public and private mergers and acquisitions, within the UAE and wider Middle East region as well as on a cross border basis. He also advises on public takeovers, joint ventures, corporate restructurings, private equity and venture capital transactions.
