Senior appointments at Walkers’ fiduciary and corporate services
Walkers Professional Services (WPS) has strengthened its fiduciary services offering in the Cayman Islands and Dubai with the arrival of David Hogan as global head of directorship services and Paul McGinness as senior vice president.
Hogan is a seasoned, ACCA-qualified finance professional with over 25 years of experience in financial services, providing directorship services on a range of transactions including structured finance and asset finance special purpose entities. As part of WPS, Hogan will oversee the Walkers fiduciary services offering across our Bermuda, Cayman Islands and Dubai offices.
With over 20 years of experience, McGinness is a STEP Diploma qualified finance professional with proven experience in trust, fund and real estate administration. At Walkers, McGinness will lead the Walkers Fiduciary team based in Dubai which provides independent director services to Cayman Islands entities, Dubai International Financial Centre Prescribed Companies and Abu Dhabi Global Market special purpose vehicles on behalf of clients located in the Middle East and Asia.
Prior to joining the firm, Hogan was an executive director of a leading fiduciary services provider in the Cayman Islands where he also held the position of director of fiduciary services. Mr McGinness arrives from another leading professional services firm where he served as director.
