Shearman & Sterling represented Mubadala Investment Company in connection with its purchase of approximately 10 million shares of common stock of NextDecade Corporation in concurrent primary and secondary transactions for an aggregate purchase price of approximately USD64 million. NextDecade will use a portion of the proceeds from the primary offering for development activities related to its Rio Grande LNG Project and an associated 137-mile Rio Bravo pipeline to supply gas to the Rio Grande LNG Project.
