Steyn joins Bracewell & Giuliani

Clint Steyn has joined Bracewell & Giuliani LLP’s Dubai office as a partner, focusing his practice on international energy projects. Steyn has more than 20 years of experience advising clients on all aspects of power transactions including bids, acquisitions and disposals throughout the Middle East and Africa.

 Steyn joins the firm from Chadbourne & Parke LLC and previously served in-house as regional general counsel for International Power plc, a major international energy company.
