Tania De Swart joins Kennedys in Dubai

Kennedys welcomes Tania De Swart as a partner in Dubai. De Swart has been practicing in the UAE for the past 16 years, and brings extensive regional insights to her already impressive legal career. Her areas of speciality include; corporate, commercial, M&A, joint ventures, restructurings, corporate governance, foreign direct investments and employment law.

Having been ranked by Chambers Global, and recognised by Legal 500, De Swart is well respected in legal circles in the UAE. She has advised and represented large publicly traded international companies, as well as small and medium privately owned enterprises in a broad range of industry sectors, including manufacturing, defence, aviation, construction, oil & gas, healthcare, communications, hospitality and education.

To accommodate future growth, the Kennedys Dubai team moved to a new office location in December 2023. Globally, the firm announced another record set of financial results for 2022/23, with revenue increasing 11 per cent on the previous year.
