The Bench adds Private Equity/Venture Capital specialist

The Bench FZE announced that it has welcomed corporate law specialist, Chad Fox, to its team of legal consultants.

Joby Beretta, Director of The Bench said, “We are delighted to welcome Chad to the team.  The UAE start-up sector is booming at the moment and there are only a handful of lawyers that really understand how private equity/venture capital deals are structured here in the UAE.  With Chad on board, we can now offer our clients corporate advice throughout their lifecycle from incorporation, fund raising through to successful exit.”

Fox operates out of Abu Dhabi Global Market under his own legal consultancy called Disruptive.Legal and is a regular speaker at start-up events such as Startup Weekend Dubai.  Prior to this Fox was an associate at Bird & Bird in Dubai and Abu Dhabi.  Chad commented, “I am excited to join The Bench to provide my existing client base with access to a group of legal specialists that will complement my current offering.
