TLA advises Etisalat by e& in relation to its acquisition of service market

Tribonian Law Advisors (TLA) has advised etisalat by e& (formerly known as Etisalat Group – Emirates Telecommunications Group Company PJSC) in relation to the acquisition of 100 per cent of the share capital of Service Souk DMCC “Service Market”, a leading online marketplace for household services in the UAE.

The successful completion of the transaction will support Etisalat’s digital ambitions by enriching its services bringing it closer to the daily lives of the consumers and unlocking synergies that drive a diversified and integrated product portfolio under the brand ‘Smiles’, aligning with the broader country’s digitalization and innovation efforts.
