TLA expands partnership

EMILE BOULOS has been appointed as a partner at Tribonian Law Advisors in the Dubai office of the firm effective from November 1, 2013. Boulos’ practice focuses on corporate transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, share disposals, restructurings and reorganisations, and corporate finance transactions in the ME and Europe across various sectors including the telecom sector. He has also assisted multiple domestic and international clients in connection with the establishment of a local presence and special purpose vehicles in the UAE and various free zones. Boulos previously practiced at Vinson & Elkins (2010 to 2013) and prior to that at Herbert Smith Freehills (2004-2010). He completed his legal education from the BPP Law School in UK and also has a mechanical engineering degree from the University College London. Boulos is a dual-qualified lawyer of England and Wales.
