TLA Represents Valoris Capital in Citruss TV Investment

The law firm of Tribonian Law Advisors (TLA) announced that it represented Valoris Capital (“Valoris”) in the acquisition of a stake in Citruss TV, the leading multi-channel home shopping business in the Middle East and North Africa (MENA). 

The rapidly growing company intends to use the new capital to continue strengthening its operations, progressively move to LIVE TV, expand its e-commerce and m-commerce presence and increase penetration in its 17 markets of operation in MENA. 

The TLA team was led by the firm’s managing partner, Rindala Beydoun, and partner Carlo Pianese, who were assisted by associates Celine Bsaibes and Cynthia Maroun.
