Trowers & Hamlins appointed to the Places for People Procurement Hub

Trowers & Hamlins LLP has been appointed for all legal services lots by Places for People on their first ‘Dynamic Purchasing System’ for legal services.

Places for People Group has launched the ‘Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS) for legal services’ to complement its existing procurement framework to offer improved choice amongst suppliers of legal support across the country.

The firm has been appointed for all geographical areas covered by the Dynamic Purchasing System and for all lots which include Property (Commercial and Residential), Development, Corporate and Finance (including fund management) Employment, Housing Management (including housing litigation), general Commercial advice (covering public procurement regulatory advice and IPR), Leisure, Health Care and compliance and governance.

The DPS is governed by the same OJEU quality standards traditionally used for procurement frameworks, however offers greater freedom, choice and flexibility for all customers and suppliers subscribing to it.
