Trowers & Hamlins expands in Bahrain

Trowers & Hamlins have made recent changes to its Bahrain team with the addition of a new paralegal through a competitive selection process.

Noora Khan began her contract with the firm at the beginning of September in the Bahrain office, replacing Samer Almaz who will be joining the firm’s London office in September to begin his two year training contract to qualify as a solicitor of the senior courts of England and Wales.

Resident managing partner of the Bahrain office, Jeremy Ingham said, “We are excited to be welcoming Noora and proud that Samer is further developing his career in another location within the firm. Samer obtained a training contract after completing eighteen months as a paralegal in our Manama office then successfully navigating a rigorous interview process being one of 18 candidates. What we have seen with Samer and in selecting Noora as his replacement, is the very high calibre of graduates in Bahrain, with excellent qualifications who are immediately ready for work in professional services. We interviewed a number of impressive Bahraini candidates and we are very excited that Samer will be replaced by Noora who will join us from the Bahrain Embassy in London. We have a longstanding reputation in Bahrain and it means a great deal to see them come through the challenging process here in Bahrain and progress in their careers.”
