UNITED ARAB EMIRATES – New legal cooperation agreement between law firms

ABDULLA Al Awadi Advocates and Legal Consultants announced a new legal co-operation Agreement with an international law firm based in China, Yingke Law firm. The law firms have mutually agreed to have joint association in the Gulf Region and Republic of China. 

Yingke Law Firm employs more than 1,500 attorneys and associates and a team of commercial specialists who provide legal services for its clients in many branch offices in Beijing, New York, Sao Paulo, London, Taiwan, Seoul, Hong Kong and other worldwide branches. 

The cooperation aims to legally facilitate UAE and Chinese businesses in their activities in both countries and will also entail support in setting up new businesses or joint ventures and legal support for market access to both countries.
