UNITED ARAB EMIRATES – New partner at TLA

TRIBONIAN Law Advisors (TLA in association with Rindala Beydoun legal consultancy) has recently made Carlo Pianese, new partner of the Dubai office.

 

Pianese previously worked as senior associate at international law firm Vinson & Elkins LLP. Prior to V&E, he was a senior associate at Allen & Overy. He is UK qualified lawyer with more than ten years of experience across Europe, North America, the Middle East and Africa.

 

He focuses on cross-border and domestic mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, early stage investments, fund formation and equity capital markets.
