Witt promoted to partnership

CMS is pleased to announce the promotion of 31 lawyers to the firm’s partnership along with two director promotions. This includes Dubai-based Jeremie Witt, who has been promoted from legal director to partner in the firm’s Energy, Projects and Construction team. Witt is a construction expert but has significant experience advising on contentious and non-contentious matters across construction, energy and infrastructure.

Witt is admitted in Australia, England and Wales and holds Part II registration with the DIFCCourts in Dubai. He has extensive experience with major standard forms of contract and regularly advises on all types of dispute resolution, specialising in international arbitration (ad hoc & institutional including ICC, LCIA and DIAC). Witt is an incorporate member of the Chartered Institute of Building (ICIOB), and associate of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (ACIArb) and a member of the Society of Construction Law.
