Ziyad Hadi promoted to partner

ZIYAD HADI of Afridi & Angell has been promoted to the role partner at the firm’s Dubai office. Hadi specialises in M&A and joint ventures, as well as general corporate/ commercial matters. He has many years of experience working on transactions in the US, Pakistan and the UAE. Hadi has represented both acquirers and sellers in cross-border transactions with targets located in various jurisdictions including the UAE, India, England, the US, Pakistan, Saudi Arabia, Turkey, Qatar, Bahrain, Egypt, Libya and the Democratic Republic of Congo. He also has significant dispute resolution experience.
