Al Tamimi & Company restructures Oman operations

As a consequence of the new legal framework for advocacy and legal consultancy in Oman as set out in Royal Decree No. 41/2024 (the Advocacy and Legal Consultancy Law) and its Implementing Regulation (Ministerial Decision No. 66/2025), the Firm will now operate in Oman under the name Al Tamimi & Company Law Firm.

The firm remains deeply committed to the Sultanate and our restructure will only serve to strengthen and enhance the services we offer both to clients as well as supporting Oman’s Vision 2040 program,” said Essam Al Tamimi, chairman. “This move represents a new chapter in our growth story and reflects our belief in Oman’s strategic importance to the region. In parallel, we are advancing opportunities that align with our long-term growth plans for the office.”

The firm remains committed to Oman as a critical market to Al Tamimi & Company and its broader regional presence, and to providing a full-service offering to clients. The firm will be sponsoring the Arab Lawyers Forum which will be held in Muscat on December 6, 2026.
