Trowers & Hamlins announces new partners

TROWERS & Hamlins, the City, national and international law firm, is pleased to announce the appointment of four new partners in its Abu Dhabi and Bahrain offices.

Saleem Adam, IT, Abu Dhabi, has been in the Middle East for more than six years and has worked on a wide range of non-contentious commercial IT transactions for a number of prominent users and suppliers in the UK and the Middle East.  He has considerable experience in technology corporate transactions, critical IT procurement deals, outsourcing, licensing and regulatory work relating to both public and private sector companies in various sectors, including financial services, telecoms and the government. 
 
Paula Boast, Projects and Construction, Bahrain, advises on a range of construction and engineering matters in the Middle East region. She specialises in advising commercial clients, investors and developers including government entities, as well as contractors and consultants. She deals with a full spectrum of project sectors and is experienced in litigation, arbitration and the use of alternative dispute resolution. 
 
Brian Howard, Corporate, Bahrain, advises clients in respect of corporate structuring and regulation in addition to a broad range of commercial and contractual matters. 
 
Edmund Sia, Projects, Abu Dhabi, specialises in project development and project financing matters and regularly advises project sponsors, lenders and operators, from bidding stage to commercial operations. His experience includes advising on the development of large infrastructure projects in Abu Dhabi and the Middle East.
